3. Tear Down of you old garage.
4. New Concrete footer and a 4” concrete pad. We can install your new driveway now also.
5. Treated Plate and 2x4 construction of your garage. We build it just like your home.
6. 7/16” OSB on the walls.
7. Georgia Pacific Double 5 vinyl siding to match your home.
8. 2x4 truss system for the roof / ½” OSB and GAF Lifetime Shingles.
9. Anderson Garage Door with ½ horsepower Liftimaster Garage Door Operator.
10. Complete Electrical Package from your breaker box to your new garage.
11. Final Cleanup
